Yes folks, GTA 5 is better than Cyberpunk 2077. Can you believe that a company like Rockstar games, a company which had a revenue over $3 billion smackaroos in 2020, is better than CDPR – a company you most of you had never heard of before? Well, it’s true.
Cyberpunk 2077 has received a ton of grief especially after Sony unfairly took it off of the PlayStation Store. Sony Interactive Entertainment was fine allowing the popular developer’s work through their issues while placing the up and coming CD Projekt in Sony jail.
Luckily, we have a choice at which gaming platform to buy. GTA V and Cyberpunk 2077 are both available on Xbox and on Windows PC.
But, let’s take a look at the 2 games which are 2 of my favorite games.
Grand Theft Auto V – GTA is deep with titles dating way back. GTA 5 itself has now been available on 3 generations of consoles. It features an online multiplayer version as well as a single player story mode. There are very few limits in the game, and a ton to do within the massive open world. Everything about this game is above almost every other game. The controls could be better, movement could be better, story could be better, overall the game could be better; however, it is still one of the best available games.
Cyberpunk 2077 – One of the newest games available. The lore dates way back, but just now making a splash into modern video gaming. Massive, expandable, open-world map. Only single player story mode is available at this time. Multiplayer is to come later and the details are currently unknown. One of the better story modes among all games. Fantastic lore and setting.
Cyberpunk 2077’s multiplayer is currently in the speculation phase. Like the GTA series, and like most modern games, the multiplayer did not release with the base game.
GTA V and CP2077 are COMPLETELY different games, but do offer some similarities. GTA is the better of the two by far. This major Rockstar game title was made to be better than other games. Comparing the 2 isn’t fair to either party.
Simply put conclusion…
Grand Theft Auto 5 is SUPPOSED to be better than Cyberpunk 2077. I would be pissed at Rockstar Games if this weren’t true. Cyberpunk 2077 is a great game worthy of our patience. I have faith that CDPR will get whatever issues the community is bitching about fixed, and move on to have great additional content in the future. Let’s give them a chance since Rockstar got like 100 chances.
